Val graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. Although she was originally a chemistry major, her first psychology class helped uncover a passion for gaining a better understanding of mental health and how to help others that are struggling with these issues. This passion motivated her to become an integral part of the psychology club and ultimately graduate with honors. Now, as a certified TMS technician, Val enjoys the opportunity to fulfill her goal of helping people restore their lives from debilitating mental illness. Her calm and friendly demeanor provides comfort for patients throughout the recovery process.
